Required Skills & Responsibilities
- 2 to 6+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on data visualization.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in interaction design, visual design, and motion design.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements, rather than simply translating them into designs.
- Continuously improve designs by shipping, measuring, and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative user feedback.
- Work closely with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
