Role Description This is a full-time UI/UX Designer role based in Jammu, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with PropertyFlow’s brand and user needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs, conducting user research and usability testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance data. The designer will help optimize user flows across the core dashboard and related tools, ensuring that complex features such as AI pricing and compliance management are easy to understand and use. The role also involves working closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and maintaining a consistent design system across all digital touchpoints. The designer will also occasionally be asked to create poster and other marketing/graphic design materials for PropertyFlow.
Qualifications
- Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED) and the ability to create clear user flows and interaction patterns.
- Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with attention to layout, typography, color, and branding consistency.
- Experience with prototyping tools and methods to build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review.
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Relevant experience designing web or SaaS platforms, ideally in property technology, travel, or related domains.
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing, and to use data and feedback to refine designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
