💼 The Role You’ll Play
As an Engineering Manager, you will drive technology strategy, execution excellence, and scalable platform development while aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives. You will play a key leadership role in delivering reliable, high-performing systems, building strong engineering teams, and enabling business growth through technology. In addition to the responsibilities listed below, you should be open to taking up related initiatives that support engineering excellence, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and continuous improvement across teams.

🔹 Technology Strategy & Architecture
• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Drive scalable architecture decisions across platforms and services
• Lead modernization initiatives including microservices and automation

• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

• Manage core systems including user management and authentication
• Oversee billing, wallet, and payment-related systems
• Support messaging platforms including SMS and WhatsApp solutions

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams
• Define team structures, hiring plans, and capability development initiatives

• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Sales, and Leadership teams

• Monitor system performance, uptime, and incident management processes
• Drive automation across testing, deployment, and monitoring activities

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership teams
