Role Description
We are looking for an Operations Associate – Unlisted Securities to manage the end-to-end operations of unlisted share transactions. The role includes customer onboarding, KYC verification, transaction processing, share transfers, settlements, and coordination with brokers, RTAs, and depository participants. You will also ensure operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provide excellent customer support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer onboarding and KYC/AML verification.
- Process buy and sell transactions for unlisted shares.
- Coordinate off-market share transfers through NSDL/CDSL.
- Manage settlements, reconciliations, and transaction records.
- Assist customers with transaction-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and identify process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, stock broking, or fintech operations.
- Good knowledge of KYC, Demat accounts, NSDL/CDSL processes, and share settlements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and MS Excel skills.
- Experience in unlisted shares or pre-IPO transactions will be an added advantage.
