A fast-growing personalized nutrition company (16,000+ chef-crafted meals/week, weighed to the gram, tailored to biomarkers) is looking for the engineer who turns "working AI prototype" into "running in production."
Not a 0-to-1 role. Not a "build an AI strategy" role.
They already have:
- 11-year Rails production platform
- 9,000+ recipes, 79,861 meal components, 12M+ behavioral data points
- A 54-variable scoring engine
- Working AI prototypes — built by the COO overnight
They need someone to ship it.
🎯 What you'll own:
→ Productionize AI menu building & personalization inside Rails
→ Fix $500–$2K/week in ordering errors with AI-powered yield prediction
→ Cut $220K inventory to $50K with smarter, AI-driven menu generation
→ Give the COO back 30+ hrs/week by automating manual menu work
→ Build it right: CI/CD, RBAC, encryption, CCPA/PCI-DSS-aligned (HIPAA next)
