ShyShark is a founder narrative studio. We work upstream of campaigns, content, and PR, helping founders get their positioning and story right before anything goes public. Based in Bengaluru, working with founders across India.
Role Description
We're looking for a ghostwriter who can disappear into a founder's voice and write LinkedIn content that actually sounds like a person, not a brand.
The work: take raw material (calls, documents, voice notes, positioning briefs) and turn it into posts that carry real weight. You'll be writing for senior founders with established thinking and specific worldviews. This is not content marketing. It's voice work.
Day-to-day: writing and revising LinkedIn posts, maintaining voice consistency across drafts, collaborating closely on positioning direction, iterating quickly on feedback.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated ghostwriting experience, ideally for founders or executives
- Experience writing for founders, operators, B2B companies, or startups is strongly preferred
- LinkedIn-native, you understand how the platform works and what lands
- Strong enough writer to disappear into someone else's voice entirely
- Comfortable with feedback and fast iteration
- Bangalore preferred, not mandatory
