If you want to disrupt a Trillion$+ space, WizCommerce is the place to be. Responsibilities: Craft, iterate, and manage prompts for various GenAI models (image/text/multimodal). Test and compare model outputs from Flux, Gemini, GPT-4o, Claude, Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc., identifying which models work best for specific content needs. Work with model controls like LoRA, ControlNet, embeddings, CFG scales, and prompt weighting to fine-tune results. Lead QA workflows, identify visual inconsistencies, hallucinations, and output mismatches. Document prompt patterns, generation techniques, and best practices across models and use cases. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align creative outputs with business goals. Requirements: Hands-on experience using a range of GenAI tools, at least one from each category. Text: GPT-4(o), Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA, etc. Image: Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion (via A1111, ComfyUI, InvokeAI, etc.), Flux, Gemini Multimodal: Gemini Pro, GPT-4o, or any experience with instruction-following VLMs Comfort with structured prompt engineering and tuning generation parameters. Strong aesthetic or textual judgment to review and debug outputs. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and open-source model releases. Experience organizing prompt libraries and/or reviewing generative content at scale. Experience building with or fine-tuning LoRAs, custom checkpoints, embeddings, or model adapters. Familiarity with LangChain, prompt chaining, or prompt templating systems. Exposure to content moderation, brand guidelines, and output evaluation frameworks. Programming familiarity (Python or JS) to automate prompt testing or model comparisons.
