About the role

Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound sales efforts, manage key accounts, and help expand our B2B customer base across multiple sectors such as SaaS, finance, technology, lifestyle, and more.
 

The ideal candidate should essentially have 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales/client servicing/account management, particularly in SaaS, Technology, Marketing/Ad Agencies/consulting environment.

If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments, have a knack for building relationships, and can confidently sell solutions, we’d love to have you on board. 

You'll drive lead generation, engage prospects, and manage client relationships. From prospecting, lead generation to cold calling, pitching, onboarding and upselling, you'll own the end to end sales process in this client-facing role.

Job Details:

- This role is in-office for candidates based in Pune.

- If you're based in Bangalore, you have the flexibility to work remotely.

- Choose any 8 hours per day within a 10 am-8 pm window (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach new potential customers through various channels including email, LinkedIn, and industry events.

- Own the outbound sales process—cold calling, prospecting, and following up on leads.

- Conduct consultative sales meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with Wittypen's solutions.

- Manage and nurture key accounts to drive long-term business growth.

- Qualify leads, understand client pain points, and pitch relevant solutions.

- Support account management efforts by maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and successful start with our services.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering consistent support and ensuring their needs are met.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

- Report on client activities, and use CRM tools for effective tracking and communication.

 

What we look for: 
 

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales in India/US markets for B2B segment in SaaS/Marketing agencies only.
     
  • Superb communication skills & hunger to scale and grow in end-to-end sales.
     
  • Experience and understanding of B2B sales approaches, including inside sales and account management.
     
  • Super confident communicator with excellent persuasion skills.
     
  • Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and sales reporting.
     
  • Experience in managing and expanding client relationships.
     
  • Knowledge of content marketing is a plus.
