Wits Innovation Lab is looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our team in Bangalore (On-Site). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Golang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis, with experience in building scalable, high-performance backend systems

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using GoLang.
• Design and implement high-performance, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL to design efficient and scalable data storage solutions.
• Integrate and manage messaging systems such as Redis and Kafka for seamless communication between services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend issues effectively.
• Ensure backend systems meet performance and security standards.
• Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and incorporate best practices in Skills :
• Strong proficiency in Golang with 2+ years of experience
• Experience in writing unit and integration test cases
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and concurrency
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
