App Packaging Lead

Create, test, and deploy software packages using SCCM and Intune. Develop custom scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) to automate and streamline application deployments. Ensure all packages are thoroughly tested in a controlled environment before deployment to production. Manage and maintain the SCCM and Intune environments, ensuring they are up-to-date and running efficiently. Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM and Intune deployments and resolve any issues that arise. Perform regular health checks and maintenance tasks on SCCM and Intune infrastructure. Plan, schedule, and deploy patches and updates to client systems using SCCM and Intune. Monitor compliance and ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and software updates. Provide reports on patch compliance and address any gaps identified. Develop and manage OS images for deployment using SCCM and Intune. Automate the imaging process to ensure efficient and consistent deployment of operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to imaging and OS deployment. Provide second and third-level support for issues related to application packaging and deployment. Maintain detailed documentation of all application packaging and deployment processes. Generate and analyze reports on deployment success rates, compliance, and system performance. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation for internal use.
