Founding Growth PM

We're looking for a high-agency, execution-driven Founding Growth PM to join our team at Wispr Flow. You will have the opportunity to shape our growth strategy, and product, playing a pivotal part in helping Flow reach hundreds of millions of people. If you're an ex-founder or an early-stage operator, this role is built for you. You'll have full ownership over your product growth strategy while working with a world-class team and learn from growth advisors. You'll work directly with our founders, and design, brand, engineering, and product teams to experiment rapidly, optimize in-product conversion, and build viral growth loops.

At Wispr Flow, we're building voice intelligence that truly understands you. Our team of designers, AI researchers, and engineers is crafting voice interfaces that are both useful and ubiquitous, paving the way for a future where voice-first experiences replace screen-first technologies. Our first product, Wispr Flow, has become the first consumer voice dictation platform to break the keyboard barrier: making people use voice more than their keyboards.
