About Wiser Academy

Wiser Academy is an award-winning network of over 200 student ambassadors and team leads across 70+ universities in the UK and Ireland. We train and support students to represent leading graduate employers like Clifford Chance, KPMG, and L'Oréal, by promoting their opportunities on campus and online. ⭐️ The Role

If you’re the kind of person who rallies your mates for a night out, keeps the group chat alive, and brings ideas to life - this role is for you.

As a Team Lead, you’ll take on everything our Ambassadors do (job spec here), with a bit more responsibility (and a few more perks). *You don't need to apply for both, we will consider you for the Ambassador role if you are not successful applying to be a Team Lead*

You’ll be the connector between your team and the Wiser Academy crew, helping your squad stay on track and hit their goals while owning your own creative tasks too.

Here’s What You’ll Get Up To

• Attend both a virtual and in-person training day (at our London HQ with our very own rainforest… yes, really)
• Represent brands on campus through monthly tasks (think TikToks, on-campus events, LinkedIn content and creative campaigns)
• Become an expert on each client and relevant industry knowledge, able to adequately answer team queries
• Set up regular check-ins and team huddles, fostering a sense of community and togetherness. Motivate your team, celebrate wins and create standout moments
• Lead bonus team activities (a campus treasure hunt? Group video takeover? Over to you)
• Keep the Wiser Academy team in the loop by passing on queries, feedback and updates
