Requirements

Please read the responsibilities and requirements carefully:

• 1-2 year experience in customer care
• Must be a graduate of any related field
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• 1. Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases.
• 2. Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters.
• 3. Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner.
• 4. Use our CRM to record requests, calls status…etc.
• 5. Handle client requests through Whatsapp system, calls and emails.
• 6. Handle Approvals with clients through the system and insurance companies
• 7. Report back to Client Relations Department
  
  

Working Arrangement

• Full-Time (Hybrid) 2 days from office
• Rotational shifts from 9;00 am to 5:00 pm and from 5 pm to 12:00 am
• One day off
• 6 working days
• Shift on Weekend is from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Remotely)
