The Product Academy

Learn the fundamentals of product management and join one of the teams powering Wise as an Associate Product Manager. What is the Product Academy? Over 12 weeks, through a blend of learning sessions and hands-on experience, academists gain the skills they need to become Wise Product Managers. The academy takes place in Tallinn and Budapest, and enables us to source great talent from non-Product Management backgrounds and help them become Product Managers to strengthen our product function. Product Managers are incredibly valuable to us - driving impact and always looking out for valuable opportunities for our customers. Each week, you'll split your time between hands-on projects and dedicated learning sessions, ensuring you have a comprehensive learning experience. You'll be placed in one of our teams that both powers Wise, and ensures our customers have a safe and smooth experience when using us. Throughout the program, you'll cover both broad concepts and Wise-specific practices, leveraging the latest tools and real-world examples to gain a deep understanding of what it means to be a Product Manager at Wise. Upon successfully completing the Product Academy, you'll transition into a full-time member of the Wise Product team.
