We're looking for a Servicing Recruiter to help us with this mission. What you'll be doing: - Provide an excellent candidate experience and ensure a smooth hiring process - Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and fill open roles - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify best-fit individuals - Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, including scheduling, interviews, offers, etc. - Continuously improve the recruiting process and share ideas to enhance the candidate experience - Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility in our Applicant Tracking System What you'll need: - 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders - Ability to balance competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency - Excellent organisation and attention to detail - Passion for providing a great candidate experience - Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS systems (Greenhouse, etc.)
