The Getting Help team plays a critical role in this mission by empowering customers to solve their problems quickly and efficiently. We've built the infrastructure for FAQs, self-service pages, and, most recently, launched a chat platform as a primary support channel. In 2025, we're doubling down on making chat the go-to channel for our customers, and we need your expertise to take it to the next level 🚀. What Does Our Team Look Like? We're a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, iOS, and Android engineers, working hand-in-hand with a Product Manager, Analyst, and Designer. Together, we deliver seamless, impactful solutions across all Wise platforms.
