Product Implementation Manager - Finance
Looking to join an exciting, fast-paced fintech company? Wise (formerly TransferWise) is on the lookout for a Product Implementation Manager - Finance to join our team in Tallinn.
This is a key role that will see you manage the full implementation lifecycle for our Enterprise and Financial Institutions customers, from scoping requirements to delivering a seamless integration experience. You'll work closely with our Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure customers are onboarded efficiently and achieve their desired outcomes.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage the implementation process for Enterprise and Financial Institutions customers, from kick-off to go-live
- Scope and define the implementation plan, resources and timelines for each customer
- Coordinate across Wise teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless delivery
- Communicate progress and any issues proactively with the customer
- Identify and resolve blockers to implementation, escalating where needed
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth post-implementation transition
- Provide feedback to the Product team on customer requirements and implementation challenges
- Continuously look for ways to improve the implementation process
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in a product implementation, project management or consulting role
- Strong understanding of financial services and/or payments
- Experience managing end-to-end implementation projects, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with a focus on operational excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
