We are looking for an exceptional Frontend Engineer to join our founding team and help shape the future of our innovative platform. As a founding team member, you will have the opportunity to build from the ground up, take ownership of critical frontend systems, and influence key product and technical decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited about creating intuitive, high-performance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and visually stunning user interfaces.
2. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and user-friendly features.
3. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to best practices.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
5. Drive decisions on frontend architecture and technology stack.
6. Contribute to the company’s culture and vision as a core member of the founding team.
7. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
3. Deep understanding of frontend development tools and build systems.
4. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
5. Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with backend teams.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.
7. Startup mindset: adaptability, ownership, and a bias for action

Preferred:

1. Experience with frontend performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
2. Familiarity with TypeScript and server-side rendering (SSR).
3. A strong design sense or experience working closely with UI/UX designers.
4. Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
