Position – Regional Senior Human Resource Manager
Location: On the Road - Wisconsin and Northern Illinois
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
As the Regional Senior Human Resource Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight, and hands-on support for human resources operations across all Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing, Inc. (WISH) facilities. This role serves as the primary HR resource for facility leadership and HR Administrators, ensuring consistent, compliant, and effective execution of payroll, benefits, and HR processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred)

Five (5) plus years of progressive HR experience, including leadership/oversight

Healthcare or long-term care experience (strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and multi-site HR operations

Experience managing or supporting multiple locations or teams

Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycor preferred)
