Role / Position: Wire Harness Production
Location: Bangalore
What You'll Do:
Hands-on experience on Wiring and integration for Cable harness, PCBA, Sub racks, and ATE racks.
Skill to read and understand BOM, electrical Wiring Schematic drawings, and assembly drawings
Highly Experienced Skill and Knowledge in Class II Electronic Product Assemblies.
Strong Knowledge of Manufacturing Skills and Processes (J-STD/MIL-STD)
Good understanding of process flow, control plan, ECO, and FMEA, and ensure the process set is as per the process flow defined.
To understand the Work Procedures, Manufacturing Processes, work instructions, Work Instructions, Requirements & Acceptance Criteria for Electrical Cable Harness
Strong Practical Hands-on Experience and Knowledge in Cable Harness Process, such as Wire Stripping, Crimping & Soldering.
Knowledge in handling RF components
Handling nonconforming materials in the assembly lab.
Must consistently meet quality and productivity requirements.
Understanding of acceptance criteria as per IPC /WHMA-620 & IPC 610
Awareness of Quality management system standards like ISO 9001/AS 9100
Maintains a clean and safe work area and practices the 5S + Safety requirements, and follows all safety requirements
Awareness and knowledge of handling preventive maintenance of tools and equipment.
Good understanding of Calibration and handling of measuring equipment.
Complaint handling. CAPA process.
Good understanding on Deviation process.
Awareness of shelf-life items and storage.
Awareness of RoHS and REACH, and ensure the components are RoHS & REACH compliant.
Required Minimum 5-7 Years’ Experience in the Same Cable Harness Field
Basic mechanical component and assembly knowledge is an added advantage
Knowledge on protecting the harness and its end connectors, covering the packing from dust and moisture

Who You Are?
Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engg (or related field).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Wiring Harness operator.
Key skills required for this role:
IPC A 620 & IPC A 610.
Good communication skills.
Self-motivation and self learning
Ownership and commitment
Project execution: NA.

MS Word and excel sheet for preparing the production documents
