About The Role

We are seeking an experienced WordPress and React Developer to join our talented development team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our industry-leading WordPress products, working alongside a small and agile team from across the globe.

Ideal candidates are deeply familiar with WordPress at a core level, have built custom themes and plugins, and are equally comfortable working with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React. You are someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a remote, self-managed environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute creatively and thoughtfully to product development
• Collaborate positively with a small, globally distributed team
• Take ownership of your personal growth and use it to enhance the team’s success
• Develop scalable, high-performance WordPress plugins and themes using PHP, JavaScript (React), and other modern technologies
• Ensure code quality and performance through best practices and modern development workflows
  
  

Required Experience

• In-depth knowledge of WordPress core functions and best practices
• Proven experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Strong understanding of WordPress coding standards and security practices

• Experience with Redux and Gutenberg block development
