UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and pain points - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts - Develop UI design patterns and components that align with our brand and design system - Optimize user flows and interactions to improve usability and conversion rates - Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment - Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite - Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices - Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and intuitive designs - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Passion for creating seamless and delightful user experiences
