About The Role
As a Total Loss Customer Service Representative, you'll handle incoming calls and enter vehicle data for potential total loss insurance claims. You’ll communicate with Claims Adjusters from top U.S. insurance companies. This is a non-sales, non-collections role with full training provided and promotional opportunities within 6 months, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and gather vehicle information for total loss claims
- Accurately enter data into internal systems
- Communicate vehicle values to callers
- Forward complex claims to appropriate departments
- Handle faxes and dealer inventory updates
- Meet standards for attendance, productivity, and quality
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
- Basic technical aptitude
- Reliable high-speed internet (min. 25 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload, non-cellular)
No prior insurance or automotive experience is required — training will be provided!

Salary: $17.50 per hour + monthly incentives + annual bonus
