About the role

Hi LeetCode Community, I am currently working at Wipro with 5 years of experience. My current role involves working as an outsourced developer for Visa. The work I do is equivalent to what Visa's in-house developers handle, and my team at Visa treats me as one of their own. They even attempted to convert me to a full-time employee, but due to the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between Wipro and Visa, this is not possible. I am now planning to transition to a direct role with another company. However, my concern is my 3-month notice period, which might limit my opportunities. Could you suggest a strategy for job hunting with a 3-month notice period? Are there FAANG-level or Tier-1 companies, such as PayPal, JPMC, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, or ServiceNow, that are open to accepting candidates with a 3-month notice period? Any advice, insights, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
