WFM AND Hyderabad

Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a WFM analyst. The key responsibilities will include: - Analyze staffing requirements and develop staffing plans for the team - Manage the team's schedule and ensure optimal resource utilization - Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align workforce planning - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workforce management - Provide regular reports and insights to management on workforce metrics Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 3-5 years of experience in workforce management or a related role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using workforce management tools and technologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
