About the role

As a Production Agent L1, you will be responsible for the following: - Providing solutions for application issues and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams - Performing basic problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for application issues - Updating and maintaining documentation related to application support activities - Providing support to customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat To be successful in this role, you should have: - 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer support or a technical role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies
