Business Finance Manager

Responsibilities: - Responsible for Business Finance activities for the Americas 2 region - Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reporting for the region - Analyze financial performance and provide business insights - Support forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis - Manage financial risk and control environment - Provide support to various stakeholders Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance/Accounting - 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Finance, preferably in a global organization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting - Experience in managing financial risks and controls - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
