About the role
This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in the technical support or operations field. You'll be assisting with client issues, managing queries, and ensuring a smooth order management process.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client requests through email or phone in a polite and professional way
Understand and resolve client issues or escalate them when needed
Keep detailed records of issues and solutions for future reference
Follow standard procedures for troubleshooting
Work towards meeting process-level SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Keep learning about the product to improve support quality
Maintain internal documentation and update self-help guides for clients
Spot repeated issues and help prevent them in the future
Coordinate with the team leader when serious issues arise
Ensure clients receive full disclosure of product information
Customer Service Expectations:
Diagnose and solve client issues in a friendly and efficient manner
Help users navigate the product features
Record feedback and follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution
Suggest alternative solutions if needed to retain client satisfaction
Learning & Development:
Attend product training sessions regularly
Work with team leaders to improve knowledge areas
Keep your skills updated through learning and networking opportunities
Performance Metrics:
Number of cases handled and resolved daily
Compliance with quality standards and client feedback
Attendance, training hours completed, and efficiency
Required Skill:
Basic understanding of Order Management (Level 1)
Strong communication skills
Good problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a team environment
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (any stream, preferably related to IT or business)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
No active backlogs
Minimum of 60% academic score required
