About the role

As a Support Analyst, you will help people with problems on their apps, computers, or networks. You will listen to their problems and try to fix them by phone, chat, email, or in person. If there is a big problem, you will make sure it gets fixed quickly. You will write down everything you do in the system. You will take care of helpdesk requests and solve them. You will take charge of solving user problems and tell them how it's going. You will always be helpful and make sure to follow the rules for good service. Help customers with their questions and give them product or service details. Solve customer problems and complaints quickly and politely. Process orders and forms correctly. Handle customer returns, exchanges, and issues. Give support or help with any technical problems. Keep customer details updated in the system. Check in with customers to make sure they are happy and fix any problems. Suggest other products or services to customers when needed. Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat. Make sure every customer interaction is friendly and follows company rules.
