We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join Wio Bank and play a crucial role in transforming our onboarding processes. You’ll ensure every step of the customer journey is efficient, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into our digital-first ecosystem.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Application Review & Processing

Review, verify, and process account opening applications for SME and retail clients—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and UAE Central Bank regulations.

🔹 Compliance & Regulatory Checks

Conduct thorough CDD/KYC reviews and validate customer documentation against regulatory and internal standards. Flag discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams or customers for timely resolution.

🔹 Operational Efficiency

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the onboarding workflow and contribute to process reengineering initiatives to improve client experience and reduce turnaround times (TAT).

🔹 System Updates & Documentation

Ensure accurate data entry and system updates across core banking and onboarding platforms. Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation in line with compliance standards.

🔹 Quality Control & SLA Management

Conduct regular quality checks on processed applications to uphold high standards of accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks within agreed SLAs.

🔹 Reporting & Analytics

Use data analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Generate MIS reports and onboarding insights for internal reviews and management reporting.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with compliance, product, and operations teams to ensure onboarding processes are optimized and consistent across all touchpoints.

🔹 Regulatory Intelligence

Stay up-to-date with evolving UAE Central Bank regulations and global KYC/AML practices. Contribute to SOP updates and internal documentation to reflect the latest regulatory standards.

🤩 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in operational compliance, KYC, or CDD processes—preferably within fintech or digital banking.

✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, AML frameworks, and KYC/AML standards.

✅ Proven ability to streamline and manage end-to-end operations with a focus on compliance and customer experience.

✅ Analytical mindset with a keen eye for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively.

✅ Experience preparing MIS reports and presenting data-driven insights to senior management.

✅ Available for immediate joining is a plus.
