Position Title: Fraud Analyst

Job Summary:

• Oversee 24×7 monitoring of card and payment fraud monitoring.
• Verify suspicious transactions and investigate potential fraud cases by contacting cardholders.
• Maintain and update fraud case database and prepare MIS reports.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of issues flagged by internal teams, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
• Handle chargebacks, update logs, and manage the ACI system.
• Collaborate with security/law enforcement agencies and legal departments on fraud, risk, and compliance matters.
• Identify patterns and links between fraudulent transactions to prevent future incidents.
• Take ownership of fraud incident reporting and investigation.
• Conduct investigations based on established sample criteria.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or related field.
• 3-6 years’ experience in STR filling, fraud monitoring and dispute management.
• Extensive knowledge of Visa VRM and MasterCard.
