Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, data analytics solutions, and Mobile software applications in Flutter/Dart/Python/Native Code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Bangalore and Sydney to develop healthcare-focused AI features. Optimize and debug code for performance and scalability. Train and fine-tune Computer Vision models for computer vision Models such as Pose Estimation and Object Detection. Document workflows, progress, and results effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Computer Vision, and related technologies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's/Post-graduation in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: 4–6 years in Flutter/Dart /Computer Vision, Mobile Apps Startup experience is a plus. Skills: Programming: Python, Flutter/ Dart, C++,OOP, and expertise in design patterns.(Native languages like Kotlin or Swift is desired) Tools: TensorFlow,Git, Firebase, Jira,Android Studio,Pycharm. Firebase,DialogFlowCVAT, LabelImg is a Plus Models: Experience with Mediapipe Pose Landmarker,Blaze Pose, Object Detection, and building/training Fine tuning AI algorithms and models for mobile Applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently. Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset.
