Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- System Management & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and upgrade Windows servers and workstations.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain security policies, patches, and updates.
- Manage access controls and permissions to safeguard data.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for system-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Collaborate with helpdesk teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Infrastructure & Optimization
- Support virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Optimize resource utilization through rightsizing and performance tuning.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with developers, network engineers, and IT security teams.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows OS.
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and patch management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Windows system administration.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or MCSE are preferred.
