Job Role: Windows & Printer Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise print support / print infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Windows Print Spooler (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Ecrion document generation tool
- Knowledge of print servers, network printing, and queue management
- Experience in production support and incident management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Print Spooler, including stuck print jobs
- Support and debug document generation workflows using Ecrion
- Handle high-priority production incidents (P1/P2) with quick resolution
- Perform spooler recovery activities such as service restart, queue clearing, and driver fixes
- Monitor and manage high-volume print queues to avoid backlogs
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
- Manage print servers, network printing, and queue configurations
- Ensure smooth functioning of enterprise print and document workflows
