📍 Location: Phase1, Hinjewadi, Pune
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
About the Role
Join our IT Infrastructure team as a Windows Systems Administrator! You’ll manage Windows Server environments, automate tasks using PowerShell, ensure high availability through cluster management, and collaborate with global teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Windows Servers and Failover Clusters.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for server incidents.
- Configure NTFS shares and manage Active Directory.
- Monitor tickets and queues to meet SLA requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Required Skills
- 5+ years in Windows Server administration.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience with Cluster management, AD, and NTFS permissions.
- Attention to detail and proactive communication.
- Willingness to work in shifts at Hinjewadi office.
Preferred Skills
- Exchange Server support and management.
- Avamar backup solutions.
- VMware administration experience.
- Familiarity with WinSCP, DataDog, SNMP, and Splunk.
Work Schedule :This role supports global coverage and requires working in shifts.
