Windows Desktop Migration Engineer / Consultant

Location: ITC Infotech, Bangalore
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for technology engineers with 5 to 8 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in Windows desktop migration (planning, cutover, validation, and post-migration support).
As a Migration Engineer, you will work closely with users on a daily basis to ensure business-critical applications function seamlessly on Azure-hosted desktops and resolve issues end-to-end.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments
- Experience in desktop migration (planning to post-migration support)
- Good understanding of cloud applications, networking, and access management
- Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills (logs, configs, repro steps)
- Experience in application testing & validation (pre/post migration)
- Scripting knowledge (Python / Shell / Perl / Unix / Java any one is acceptable)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage workload independently with strong ownership
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5 to 8 years
- Relevant experience: Minimum 5 years in desktop migration
- 30 days joiners preferred
