• Windows Security Hardening & VAPT Remediation
• Patch Management & Vulnerability Management
• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Patch Management
• Windows Failover Clustering & High Availability
• PowerShell Scripting & Automation
• ITSM, Change & Incident Management
• Troubleshooting, RCA & Performance Management
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, RBI, SEBI, CIS Benchmarks is a plus
• VMware / MS SQL knowledge is an added advantage
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Administrator, ITIL, Security+
