As the face of WindowRama, you’ll build strong customer relationships, guide shoppers through our showroom, and deliver an outstanding sales experience from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy working with people, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Build trusting relationships with customers while providing outstanding service
- Greet and assist every customer entering the showroom
- Guide customers through our sales floor and demonstrate product features and benefits
- Use strong sales skills and product knowledge to close sales opportunities
- Enter sales orders accurately into our CRM system
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Answer phones and provide product, retail, and sales information
- Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maximize business opportunities
- Create a welcoming, positive, and professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support team members
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail sales, customer service, or industry experience preferred
- Previous sales experience required
- Product knowledge in windows and doors is a plus, but not required
- Experience with installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with AS400 is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
