</div><div>Overview<br>The Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient project execution from sale to completion. This position acts as the bridge between sales, customers, and installation crews—owning scheduling, communication, and job readiness.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in organization, problem-solving, and customer service.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with customers and crews</li>
<li>Confirm job readiness (materials, permits, paperwork, measurements)</li>
<li>Communicate proactively with customers regarding installation timelines and expectations</li>
<li>Manage daily install calendar and adjust for changes or delays</li>
<li>Support and coordinate installer crews to ensure efficient workflow</li>
<li>Track job progress and update systems (CRM/360) accurately</li>
<li>Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns quickly and professionally</li>
<li>Work closely with sales and operations to ensure seamless handoff of projects</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to generate positive reviews and referrals during the install process</li>
