</div><div>We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help follow up with inbound leads and past customers.<br><br>
</div><div>Your role is simple:<br> <strong>reach out, start conversations, and get customers scheduled.<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This is not a cold sales role. People you contact have already shown interest or worked with us before.<br><br>
</div><div>Schedule<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> 1.5 to 2 hours per day </li>
<li> Typically between <strong>4:30pm–6:30pm</strong>
</li>
<li> Flexible within that window </li>
</ul><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Call and text new leads who requested service </li>
<li> Follow up with leads we haven’t connected with yet </li>
<li> Reach out to past customers to get them back on schedule </li>
<li> Book appointments for estimates or service </li>
<li> Log activity in ServiceMinder</li>
</ul><div>Pay<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> $15–$18 per hour </li>
<li><strong>+ $15 per booked appointment</strong></li>
</ul><div>Can easily earn an additional $50–$150 per week in bonuses<br><br>
</div><div>What We’re Looking For<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Comfortable talking on the phone (this is the most important) </li>
<li> Clear communicator, friendly but direct </li>
<li> Reliable and consistent (shows up every day) </li>
<li> Organized and able to follow a simple process </li>
<li> Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience is a plus </li>

<li> Not cold calling strangers </li>
<li> Not a full-time position </li>
