Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Windchill PLM Administrator based in Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Windchill PLM Administrator will be responsible for configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. The role includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and supporting end-user requirements. The administrator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windchill architecture, configuration, customization, and administration
- Experience in deploying and managing PLM systems, workflows, and lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of integrations with other enterprise systems such as ERP or CAD
- Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and other programming/scripting languages relevant to Windchill
- Familiarity with system monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus
