Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wind Turbine Technician located in Bengaluru. The Wind Turbine Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and inspection of wind turbine systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, operating and maintaining wind turbine equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry safety and performance standards. The technician will also collaborate with team members to ensure optimal wind energy production and system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Working at Height and awareness of safety protocols
- Knowledge of Wind Energy operations and maintenance
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with wind turbine systems
- Familiarity with Offshore Wind and Power Generation processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in challenging on-site environments, including adverse weather conditions
- Relevant certification in wind turbine technology or mechanical/electrical engineering is a plus
