<li>Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in guest accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports to management.</li>
<li>Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during the night hours.</li>
<li>Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.</li>
<li>Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience.</li>
<li>Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and integrity.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.</li>
