What You'll Do

• Transform high-performance carbon fibre components with meticulous trimming and fitting
• Assemble and bond composite parts to exacting F1 standards
• Execute precision repairs using specialized techniques
• Work collaboratively across departments to optimize production

• Saturday - Monday (33 hours)
• Ideal work-life balance with four days off per week
  
  

You Bring

• 5+ years of composite trimming and assembly expertise (F1 experience preferred)
• Mastery of adhesive specifications and surface preparation techniques
• Precision-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
