Position : HR Associate - Global HR Shared Servies Experience: 1.5+ years in Global HR Shared Servies preferably supporting AMS Budget: Up to 5.5 LPA Location: Remote (Candidates should be willing to relocate to Chennai or Kochi if required) Shift: Night Shift Skills: Manage end-to-end HR operations in the hire-to-retire process. Provide support in HR Shared Services for a global workforce (NOT JUST INDIAN HR). Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and efficiency. Excellent communication skills.
