STATE HEAD

We are looking for a State Head to oversee our operations in a key State within India. The State Head will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our business in the assigned territory, which includes managing a team of sales and distribution personnel, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG/Alcohol industry, strong leadership and people management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. They should also be comfortable working autonomously and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
