Programme Details: The goal of this unique programme is to identify women pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree outside of finance and educate each participant on the compelling and rewarding opportunity of a career in investment banking. In eight weeks of virtual sessions, we will bring to life what a career in investment banking is like through a series of dynamic training sessions.
