<strong>Licensing Requirements<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This is a fully licensed role:<br><br>

<li> Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 </li>
<li> Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire </li>
<li> Full licensing support and guidance provided throughout </li>
</ul><div>
<em>Prior sales experience is required. Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required.<br></em><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>You’ll play a key role in driving new business and growing the agency through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.<br><br>

<li> Generate new business through calls, internet leads, referrals, and outreach </li>
<li> Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover risks and recommend solutions </li>
<li> Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies </li>
<li> Cross-sell and upsell within the existing book of business </li>
<li> Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into bound policies </li>
<li> Build strong relationships to support retention and referrals </li>
<li> Track daily activity, pipeline progress, and production goals </li>
