Drive evidence-based DEI strategy and oversee key initiatives, including constructive dialogue spaces, racial equity commitments, and global inclusion efforts. Support and advise Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure alignment with organisational goals. Champion inclusive leadership development, equipping managers with tools to foster anti-discrimination and equity in decision-making. Oversee some L&D programmes, ensuring access to upskilling and career development opportunities. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Internal Communications, Recruiting, and People Ops to embed DEI and L&D principles into talent acquisition, management, onboarding, and engagement strategies.
