Are you passionate about designing high-performance wireless networks? We are looking for a skilled WiFi Planning Engineer to join our growing Network Engineering team!
📍 Location: Indore
💼 Experience: 4+ Years
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan enterprise WiFi networks (AP placement, RF planning, heatmaps)
- Conduct predictive, passive, and active site surveys
- Optimize network performance (SNR, RSSI, throughput, latency)
- Troubleshoot wireless issues like interference and congestion
- Support deployment, configuration, and validation of WiFi networks
- Stay updated with latest technologies (WiFi 6, 6E, WiFi 7)
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RF concepts and wireless standards
- Experience with WiFi design & survey tools (Ekahau/AirMagnet preferred)
- Hands-on with controllers, SSIDs, authentication, and RF tuning
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
